  • RecommendationCouncil introduce for first reading, by title only, Draft Ordinance amending the Atascadero Municipal Code, Title 9 Planning & Zoning and Title 11 Subdivisions, Section 9-6.112 Farm Animal Raising, Section 9-3.330 Nonresidential District Allowable Land Uses, Section 9-6.174 Seasonal or Temporary or Seasonal Sales, Section 11-4.06 Noticing of Planning Commission Hearing on Tentative Map, Section 9-1.110 Public Hearings, Section 9-3.340 through Section 9-3.345 and 9-3.348 through 9-3.349 Property Development Standards, and Section 9-12.104 Required Approvals, based on findings and determining that this Ordinance is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act.

  • Recommendation: Council approve Sunken Gardens Tree Replanting Option No. 1 as outlined in the report and authorize staff to proceed with replanting over the next two years and as needed as trees die.

  1.Adopt Draft Resolution A, amending certain fees in the Schedule of Fees and Charges for City Services, specifically related to Weed abatement administrative fees.
  2.Adopt Draft Resolution B, declaring vegetative growth (noxious weeds) and/or refuse a public nuisance, commencing proceedings for the abatement of said nuisances, and placing all abatement fees on the San Luis Obispo County Special Tax Assessment for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020Tax Roll.
