6.  Developer Request for Sewer Service from the City of Arroyo Grande - Public Works Director/City Engineer Ray. The City Council will consider a developer request to extend sewer service for a three-unit Planned Unit Development from the City of Arroyo Grande instead of the City of Grover Beach as originally approved. The project is located on South Oak Park Boulevard and borders the City of Arroyo Grande.
(Recommended Action: Approve a request from Bischoff Homes, Inc., to allow the City of Arroyo Grande to provide sewer service to a City of Grover Beach development project and authorize staff to process the necessary project and service area modifications. )

7.  Development Code Update Policy Direction – Community Development Director Buckingham. The City Council will consider providing direction on prioritizing potential amendments to the portion of the Grover Beach Municipal Code referred to as the “Development Code” to address changes in land use regulatory requirements.

(Recommended Action: Receive information about potential amendments to update the City’s Development Code and provide direction to staff in prioritizing amendments as part of the City’s work program

Per Resolution No. 17-21, the public portion of City Council meetings will be scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m. and conclude no later than 11:00 p.m. Any open session items remaining on the agenda at 11:00 p.m. that have not been discussed or considered by the City Council will be continued to an adjourned meeting of the City Council (scheduled before the next regular meeting). However, the City Council may choose to continue the meeting past 11:00 p.m. upon a proper motion and a 4/5ths vote in favor of such an action.
