The City Council will consider the revisions to the resolution to incorporate the list of street projects funded by SB 1.
(Recommended Action: Adopt the revised Resolution to incorporate the list of street projects funded by SB 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act into the FY 2019-20 budget. )

 Development Application 18-45 – Request for Permit and Approval of an 18 Lot Planned Unit Development located at 1207 South 13th Street – Community Development Director Buckingham. The proposed project includes a Development Permit and Vesting Tentative Tract map for the construction of a planned unit development consisting of 18 small lot single family residences and an 18 lot subdivision on a two acre lot within the R2 zone.
(Recommended ActionAdopt a Resolution of DA 18-45 to create an 18-unit subdivision for the construction of 18 small lot single family residential units.)

Per Resolution No. 17-21, the public portion of City Council meetings will be scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m. and conclude no later than 11:00 p.m. Any open session items remaining on the agenda at 11:00 p.m. that have not been discussed or considered by the City Council will be continued to an adjourned meeting of the City Council (scheduled before the next regular meeting). However, the City Council may choose to continue the meeting past 11:00 p.m. upon a proper motion and a 4/5ths vote in favor of such an action.
