19-10-1: ![]() The California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) will consider approving the San Joaquin Valley 8-hour Ozone State Implementation Plan (SIP) emissions reductions progress report that demonstrates that the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and CARB have adopted all of the control measures needed to attain the 8-hour 0.08 parts per million ozone standard by 2023. If approved, CARB will submit the report and associated supported documents to the United States Environmental Protection Agency as a revision to the California SIP as required by the federal Clean Air Act. | ||
