The Board will consider the adoption of the Mobile Source Certification and Compliance fees regulation. This regulation sets new fees for the certification and evaluation of off-road mobile sources, certification and evaluation of evaporative components, aftermarket parts, and diesel emission control strategies, and At-Berth certification and evaluation activities. This proposal also revises the certification and compliance fees required under title 13 California Code of Regulations, sections 1990-1994 for on-road mobile sources. | ||||

Although no formal Board action may be taken, the Board is allowing an opportunity to interested members of the public to address the Board on items of interest that are within the Board’s jurisdiction, but that do not specifically appear on the agenda. Each person will be allowed a maximum of three minutes to ensure that everyone has a chance to speak. The public will also have an opportunity to submit written comments for open session the morning of the Board Meeting. | ||||
