extensions, matters not requiring public hearings, and status report on

Attention: Items appearing in this section of the agenda may be moved to the Consent Calendar for this area by the Executive Director when, prior to taking up the Consent Calendar, staff and the applicant are in agreement on the staff recommendation. Inc. to repair seaward-facing wall of Pier 421-1, including (1) create
temporary
sand ramp for beach access to project site; (2) remove caisson debris
and rebar
from beach; (3) drive 20 steel pilings into pier and lay new deck for
equipment
support; (4) install 15 steel pilings in front of pier and 56 pre-cast
concrete
panels between pilings and (5) fill space between old and new walls
with 200
yards of concrete slurry, in City of Goleta, Santa Barbara County.

(BHP Billiton LNG International Inc., Ventura and Los
Angeles Counties). Commission objection
to consistency
certification by BHP Billiton to construct and operate (1) a liquefied
natural
gas (LNG) floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) and LNG
carrier berth
in federal waters about 14 miles offshore coasts of Ventura and Los
Angeles
counties; and (2) two 21-mile long 24-inch diameter natural gas
pipelines in
federal and state waters landing within the Ormond Beach Generating
Station.

7. COMMISSION FIELD TRIP. The Commission will take a field trip to view the Avila Beach "Tank Farm" (also referred to as "Fossil Point") and the Point San Luis Lighthouse. Members of the public who are interested in participating in the field trip should call the Santa Cruz office at (831) 427-4863. Space will be extremely limited, and available by reservation only. Due to security and safety issues associated with these sites, private vehicles will not be allowed to follow along the route of the field trip.

PG&E permit A-3-SLO-04-035, approved construction and operation

radioactive waste storage facility (ISIFSI) at Diablo Canyon power

of Avila, County of San Luis Obispo. Report on status of compliance

condition No. 3 concerning provision of a managed access plan for
Diablo Canyon

Of Huntington Beach LCP Amendment No. HNB-MAJ-1-6 (Shea-Parkside).
Proposed LCP amendment to certify approximately 50 acre area which was
previously deferred certification, designating 38.4 acres as low
density
residential, 8.2 acres as parkland, and 3.3 acres as conservation. The
amendment
would affect both Land Use Plan & Implementation Plan portions
of LCP. The
project site is located adjacent to and west of Graham Street, north of
Wintersburg Garden Grove flood control channel, and south of
Kenilworth,
