NORTH REEF MITIGATION PROJECT.
A public workshop to present the 2011 results of the independent
monitoring program for the SONGS artificial reef project will
be held Monday, April 9, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Samueli
Conference Center located at the Ocean Institute, 24200 Dana Point
