19. Commission Field Trip. If the hearing concludes at or prior to 6:00 PM, the Commission will take a field trip immediately following the end of the meeting in private vehicles to the South Parking Lot of the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, inland side of Pacific Coast Highway.
