LUP and IP designations and zoning districts of two parcels totaling
10.9 acres located at 2555 and 2625 Patricks Point Drive north of
Trinidad from Rural Residential (RR/RA) to Coastal Commercial
Timberland (TC/CT) to facilitate a merger with an adjacent 70.4-acre
CT-zoned property and a resubdivision into two CT-zoned properties of

Commission Field Trip. The Commission will take a field trip at the conclusion of the meeting on Wednesday, January 9, to the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
