Commission Field Trip. The Commission will take a field trip, leaving the El Capitan Canyon Resort at approximately 8:30 am on Thursday, April 11 for a tour of the Gaviota coast. The field trip will end in time for the Commission to convene its regular agenda at the El Capitan Canyon Resort at 1:00 PM. The public is invited to attend by following the Commission vehicle(s) in their own private vehicles and joining the Commission at several designated stops.
