      1.  Santa Barbara County LCP Amendment No. LCP-4-STB-14-0835-2-Part B (General Package 2013 Amendment)
        Public hearing and action on request by the County of Santa Barbara to amend its certified Coastal Zoning Ordinance to add and amend the definition of special care homes and to amend regulations related to various topics including: parking, setbacks for swimming pools and spas, number of residents within special care homes, screening for the accessory storage of materials, structural changes to non-conforming structures and uses, permit timing for conditional use permits and land use permits, and filing procedures for reclamation and surface mining permits.         Application for after-the-fact approval to amend approved grading and drainage plan to modify several retaining wall specifications and increase overall grading by 24,605 cu.yds. to a total of 64,595 cu.yds. (23,490 cu.yds. cut, 16,500 cu.yds, 24,605 cu.yds. over-excavation and recompaction) in order to remove and recompact uncertified fill, along Francisco Ranch Road: approximately one mile west of Malibu Canyon Road and 1.5 miles north of Pepperdine University, Santa Monica Mountains, Los Angeles County.
