b. City of Encinitas LCP Amendment No. LCP-6-ENC-19-0150-2 (Minor Subdivisions/Lot Line Adjustments)

Public hearing and action on request by City of Encinitas to amend its municipal code (certified IP) to clarify regulations for minor subdivisions and lot line adjustments. (CH-SD)

c. City of San Diego LCP Amendment No. LCP-6-SAN-18-0064-2 (Placemaking) Certification Review

Appeal by La Jolla Community Planning Association & Ken Hunrichs from decision of City of San Diego that construction of 30-in. tall retaining wall substantially conforms to CDP No. 549626, approved by the City for construction of new lifeguard tower at Children's Pool Beach, La Jolla, San Diego, San Diego County.
