Consistency Certification by San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) for Del Mar Bluffs Stabilization Project 5 to construct upper bluff stabilization structures, seawalls with rip rap backfill, new and retrofit drainage infrastructure, public access improvements, as well as grading and placement of fill to reduce bluff slopes and after-the-fact authorization for recent two emergency repairs in order to support the existing railroad and maintain its operations along a 1.6-mile corridor between Seagrove Park and Torrey Pines State Beach in Del Mar, San Diego County.
