**The meeting will start outside the Orange County Water District for a tour of the Groundwater Replenishment System.

  The Council will receive an overview of the Municipal Water District of Orange County and the Orange County Water District and how their work relates to statewide water supply reliability and reduced reliance on the Delta.

The Council will consider approval of a federal receivable agreement with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation for up to $1,385,162 for independent science review panel contracts and Council staff time.

  Dr. John Callaway will report on recent advances in Delta science and research.
 11. Inter-relationship of the Delta Plan and the California Water Resilience Portfolio (Information Item)
  The Council will discuss the inter-relationship of the Delta Plan and the California Water Resilience Portfolio. The item will proceed as follows:

 Overview of Southern California Water Supply Reliability and Reduced Reliance Projects (Information Item)
  The Council will discuss with panelists Southern California’s efforts to improve water supply reliability and reduce reliance on the Delta. The panel will highlight the diversity of local projects throughout the region and focus on future recycled wastewater projects.
   Moderator:
    Deven Upadhyay, Assistant General Manager/Chief Operating Officer, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California

    Rafael Villegas, Program Director for Hyperion Reuse and Water Resiliency Program
    Enrique Zaldivar, Director and General Manager, City of Los Angeles Sanitation
    Jeff Pasek, Watershed Manager, City of San Diego Public Utilities Department
    Kyle Swanson, Operations Director, East County Advanced Water Purification Project

 13. Innovations in Water-use Efficiency and Re-use (Information Item)
  The Council will discuss with panelists Southern California’s investments in water-use efficiency and support for technological innovations and data integration.
