9.  General Waste Discharge Requirements for Site Maintenance and Water Quality Monitoring at Inert Waste Disposal Facilities (IWDFs) Within the Santa Ana Region - This Order establishes minimum standards for load monitoring, waste and facility management, and site maintenance at IWDFs within the Santa Ana Region. The Order will ensure that IWDFs do not degrade water quality or cause nuisance conditions and will provide consistency for regulation of IWDFs within the Santa Ana Region under a uniform set of waste discharge requirements

 Enforcement: Administrative Civil Liability Complaint, K&G Ready Mix, Inc, Orange County - Hearing to receive evidence and testimony on Complaint No. R8-2018-0055 to assess administrative civil liability in the amount of $38,565 against K&G Ready Mix. After the hearing, the Regional Board will make findings of fact and conclusions of law, and consider whether to affirm, reject, or modify the administrative civil liability complaint as proposed in Complaint No. R8-2018-0055. The Regional Board may meet in closed session to deliberate, pursuant to Government Code section 11126, subdivision (c)(3).

13.  Regional Board Member and Executive Officer Communications - Regional Board Members and the Executive Officer may discuss meetings, communications, correspondence, or other items of general interest, relating to matters within the Board's jurisdiction. There will be no voting or formal action taken.
14. Closed Session - At any time during the regular session, the Regional Board may adjourn to a closed session to:
  a. consider evidence received in an adjudicatory hearing and deliberate on a decision to be reached based on that evidence (Gov. Code § 11126, subd. (c)(3));
