The Order will ensure that IWDFs do not degrade water quality or cause nuisance conditions and will provide consistency for regulation of IWDFs within the Santa Ana Region under a uniform set of waste discharge requirements |

After the hearing, the Regional Board will make findings of fact and conclusions of law, and consider whether to affirm, reject, or modify the administrative civil liability complaint as proposed in Complaint No. R8-2018-0055.
