The previously authorized development has not been completed. The project proposes 34 lots, associated infrastructure and manufactured slopes. On-site mitigation will occur within an eastern drainage, per a plan approved by staff of both the Regional Board and California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has not taken jurisdiction over the proposed discharge. | |||

*9. | Waste Discharge Requirements for Trammell Crow So Cal Development Inc., Parcel Maps 36950 & 36962 - The project addressed by this Order is to construct two separate warehouse facilities. The Project consists of constructing; (1) a 717,430-square-foot warehouse (referred to as Building D); and (2) a 410,982-square-foot warehouse (referred to as Building E) in the Mead Valley area. The construction of the two warehouse facilities will permanently impact 0.20 acre or 1,367 linear feet of waters of the State ephemeral stream channel. Permanent impacts to waters of the State will be mitigated at a ratio of 2:1 (mitigation: impacts) through the purchase of 0.40-acre of rehabilitation credits from the Santa Ana River Watershed In-Lieu Fee Program. | |||
