The Order will ensure that IWDFs do not degrade water quality or cause nuisance conditions and will provide consistency for regulation of IWDFs within the Santa Ana Region under a uniform set of waste discharge requirements. | |||

| *8. | Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Rancho Paseo de Valencia, LLC, Forest Park Residential Development, City of Corona, Riverside County Boundary - Five-year renewal of an individual conditional WDR waiver for discharges of fill to un-named waters of the state, on portions of a 64.4-acre parcel. The previously authorized development has not been completed. The project proposes 34 lots, associated infrastructure and manufactured slopes. On-site mitigation will occur within an eastern drainage, per a plan approved by staff of both the Regional Board and California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has not taken jurisdiction over the proposed discharge. | |||

| *9. | Waste Discharge Requirements for Trammell Crow So Cal Development Inc., Parcel Maps 36950 & 36962 - The project addressed by this Order is to construct two separate warehouse facilities. The Project consists of constructing; (1) a 717,430-square-foot warehouse (referred to as Building D); and (2) a 410,982-square-foot warehouse (referred to as Building E) in the Mead Valley area. The construction of the two warehouse facilities will permanently impact 0.20 acre or 1,367 linear feet of waters of the State ephemeral stream channel. Permanent impacts to waters of the State will be mitigated at a ratio of 2:1 (mitigation: impacts) through the purchase of 0.40-acre of rehabilitation credits from the Santa Ana River Watershed In-Lieu Fee Program. | |||

| 10. | Cannabis Program Update - Board staff will provide an update on the Regional program development and implementation of the statewide Water Boards Cannabis Cultivation Program. The State Water Board adopted the Cannabis Cultivation Policy - Principles and Guidelines for Cannabis Cultivation (Cannabis Policy) on October 17, 2017. The Cannabis Policy establishes principles and guidelines (requirements) for land disturbances, diversion and use of water, and activities related to cannabis cultivation. The requirements protect water quantity and quality by minimizing the effects of cannabis cultivation on fisheries, wildlife, and other beneficial uses; while maintaining healthy riparian corridors and protecting springs, wetlands, and aquatic habitat (information item). {Eric Lindberg 951/782-3219 [email protected]} | |||
