The Order also establishes provisions and requirements for acceptance, management, and disposal of treated wood wastes, contaminated soils, and wastederived materials at an active Class III municipal solid waste landfill. | |||

The discharge of fill is associated with the construction of industrial warehouse development. The order will serve as a Clean Water Act Water Quality Certification for the discharge of fill to Day Canyon Creek, Valley Reach over which the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers took jurisdiction. | |||

Regional Board staff and watershed stakeholders will give a presentation to the Board on the proposed revisions to the TMDLs, and then the Board will consider public comments on the proposed revisions.
