The discharge of fill is associated with the construction of a residential development of 55 single family homes and 118 attached townhomes on a 15.44-acre parcel. | Item 11. | City of Beaumont Update and Project Extension Request - Regional Board staff will provide an update of issues related to the operation and expansion of the City of Beaumont's Wastewater Treatment Plant and the City's compliance with the Executive Officer's Water Code Section 13267 Investigation Order. The update will also include the City's compliance with their Salt Management Plan, Maximum Benefit program commit-ments, as specified in the Basin Plan.
