Waste Discharge Requirements for Lennar Homes of California, Inc., Highland park 2 Residential Development Project, City of Jurupa Valley, Riverside County - Authorizing discharges of 0.02 acre of fill to ephemeral earthen drainages that are tributary to Sunnyslope channel, that are waters of the State. The discharge of fill is associated with a residential development of 34 single family homes on 7.74 acres of land. Waste Discharge Requirements for Countryview Estates, Tracts 37533 and 29322 Development Project, located in the Homeland/Romoland Community, Riverside County Authorizing permanent fill of 0.54 acres non-riparian ditches located within Reach 3 of the San Jacinto River, that is a water of the State. The discharge of fill is associated with the development of the Countryview Estates development.  Item 17. Regional Board Member and Executive Officer Communications The Regional Board Members and the Executive Officer may discuss meetings, communications, correspondence or other items of general interest, relating to matters within the Board's jurisdiction. There will be no voting or formal action taken.
Item 18. Closed Session - At any time during the regular session, the Regional Board may adjourn to a closed session to:
 a.Consider evidence received in an adjudicatory hearing and deliberate on a decision to be reached based on that evidence (Government Code Section 11126(c)(3));
 b.consider the appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal of a public employee or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public employee, (Government Code Section 11126(a)(1));
