Order R8-2020-0004 Amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Santa Ana River Basin to expand exemptions to the Quail Valley On-site Septic Tank-subsurface Disposal System (Septic System) prohibition of discharges from new septic systems in Quail Valley Order R8-2020-0004 proposes to amend Order R8-2006-0024 to expand exemptions to the septic system prohibition of discharges from new septic systems in Quail Valley, a community in the City of Menifee. Exemptions to the prohibition are proposed for Subareas 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 if certain conditions are met. The prohibition of new septic systems will remain for Subareas 4 and 9.
