Renewal of Waste Discharge Requirements and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPDES Number CA0110604) for Orange County Sanitation District's Reclamation Plant Number 1 and Treatment Plant Number 2, Collection System, and Outfalls - The Santa Ana Water Board and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9, are proposing to jointly reissue this Order/permit to the Orange County Sanitation District for the discharge of secondary treated wastewater to the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Orange County. The discharge of fill is associated with proposed Tract Maps 28786, 28791, 28792, 28793, and 28794, which would construct 379 residential housing units on a total 122 acres. Waste Discharge Requirements for FPG SUN Menifee 80, LLC Project, City of Menifee, Riverside County, Order Number R8-2021-0033 - Authorizing discharge of 0.19 acre of fill to waters of the State. The waters proposed for fill are unnamed isolated ephemeral waterway. The discharge of fill is associated with the proposed Menifee 80 Project, which would construct 80 single-family residential lots, 0.71 acre of open space park, a 0.61 acre detention basin and associated infrastructure.
