(Recommended Action: 1) Conduct second reading and adopt the Ordinance to amend Grover Beach Municipal Code Article VIII Building Regulations Chapter 1 to adopt the 2019 California Building Codes and the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code with local amendments; and 2) Adopt a resolution setting forth the findings required by the California Health and Safety Code to support local amendments.)
