 Self-Help County Efforts: Introduction of Ordinance No. 2016-01: The San Luis Obispo Council of Governments San Luis Obispo County Self-Help Transportation Investment Plan and Retail Transactions and Use Tax (ROLL CALL – APPROVE STAFF RECOMMENDATION AS OUTLINED BELOW). James Worthley
  1. Approve recommended changes to the Investment Plan;
  2. Direct that the Investment Plan / Measure Materials be sent to member agencies for approval;
  3. Authorize change to Ordinance to include the Measure ‘Letter’ after assigned by County Clerk;
  4. Introduce Ordinance No. 2016-01, the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments San Luis Obispo County Self-Help Transportation Investment Plan and Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance; Waive Full Reading, and Continue to July 13, 2016 for Final Adoption.
