(c) | Written materials: Members of the public presenting written or graphic materials as part of their public comments to the Commission are requested to submit material(s) to [email protected] no later than September 22, 2021, five (5) business days prior to the start of the scheduled meeting. Visual aids: Members of the public presenting visual aids (projected media) as part of their public comments to the Commission are requested to submit the material(s) to [email protected] no later than September 22, 2021, five (5) business days prior to the start of the scheduled meeting. (4) | The California State Park and Recreation Commission is conducting this meeting virtually to protect public health consistent with Executive Order N-33-20. Pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20, commissioners may participate in meetings remotely. The public may provide public comment during the public comment periods, and otherwise observe remotely, consistent with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act. | |
