Special Virtual Speaker Card Instructions Persons speaking at Santa Ana Water Board meetings are accustomed to filling out a speaker card. To allow for a more orderly process of identifying speakers in advance, the Santa Ana Water Board will use virtual speaker cards. The virtual speaker card will allow the Board Clerk to identify commenters interested in an item, locate them within the Zoom meeting waiting list, and unmute them so they can address the Board at the appropriate time. | |||

Item !7. Waste Discharge Requirements for SPT-AREP III Tuscany Associates, LLC Tuscany Valley/Crest Residential Development Project City of Lake Elsinore, Riverside County- Authorizing discharge of 0.17 acre of fill to waters of the State. The waters proposed for fill are unnamed ephemeral tributaries to Canyon Lake (Railroad Canyon Reservoir). The discharge of fill is associated with the proposed Tuscany Valley/Crest Residential Development, which would construct two residential tracts, totaling 336 single-family residences - 131 on Tract 25475 and 205 on Tract 33725. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers declined to take jurisdiction over the onsite waters on December 11, 2020. Waste Discharge Requirements and Master Recycling Permit for Orange County Water District's Advanced Water Purification Facility, Orange County - Authorizes the Orange County Water District (OCWD) to distribute full advanced treated recycled water produced at their Advanced Water Purification Facility for non-potable recycled water reuse, for various uses, including the use of OCWD's Mira Loma Spreading Basin as an unrestricted recreational impoundment for the operation of the proposed Anaheim Adventure Aquapark. Item !9. Consideration of Acceptance and Approval of the 2018 Groundwater Management Zones Ambient Water Quality Determinations - Pursuant to the Salt Management Plan specified in the Basin Plan, total dissolved solids (TDS) and nitratenitrogen ambient water quality concentrations are to be determined every 3 years for each groundwater management zone within the Region. The Basin Monitoring Program Task Force consultants have completed their update of the ambient water quality for the 20-year period from 1999 to 2018, as well as an interpretative analysis of the results. The data and findings from the update were presented at the December 5, 2020 Regional Board meeting as an informational item. The Regional Board will consider adopting a Resolution to accept the updated ambient water quality determinations and assimilative capacity findings.
